Maniar Associates was established, initially specialising in plumbing contracting. With a commitment to quality and precision, we gradually expanded into civil interiors contracting, setting the stage for our journey into high-end craftsmanship
Through relentless dedication and superior execution, we began collaborating with renowned architects and interior designers, working on projects for India’s elite. This year marked our entry into the luxury segment, as we completed our first-ever HNI project—a client who remains with us to this day.
A defining milestone in our journey, we were entrusted with one of our most prestigious large-scale projects—the iconic Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City in Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai. Spanning over 4 lakh sq. ft., this ambitious undertaking involved meticulously executed interior finishing, seamlessly integrating civil and marble works, while the external areas were transformed with premium granite landscaping. Delivering this landmark project with uncompromising quality and precision firmly established Maniar Associates as an industry leader in high-end civil and interior contracting.
Building upon our legacy in civil contracting and interiors, we took a strategic leap into real estate development, marking a new chapter in our journey. Our debut project, Amardeep in Vile Parle East, was a testament to our vision for crafting thoughtfully designed, luxury living spaces. With a commitment to impeccable craftsmanship, intelligent design, and timely delivery, this milestone set the foundation for our emergence as a trusted name in premium residential real estate.
Today, Maniar Associates has successfully delivered 4 luxury residential projects, with 2 more currently under construction. We have delivered 1,50,000 sq. ft. of exquisitely designed living spaces and have another 1,00,000 sq. ft. under construction.
